Why would you want a cheap transmitter?

haha not that cheap i meant to say second hand, as i do not want a tx that is going to over laps on other frequencys i dont want a tx that is going to cause problems with RSM but i would like a second hand tx that is in working condition and complies with RSM and LPFM Gurl regulations

Ok well your best place to search is TradeMe or Ebay if you want second hand. They do come up on there from time to time.
